Nuggets are certainly one of the more beloved dishes by children. The crispy coating and delicious fish herald a real feast for more than one connoisseur. Easy to prepare and not too time-consuming, so surely any home cook can handle our recipe.
Ingredients needed for nuggets:
2 – 4 servings
2 chicken breast fillets
1 glass of milk
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Red bell pepper powder
0.5 teaspoon of hot bell pepper powder
3 cups of cornflakes
4 tbsp olive oil
Method of preparation:
Slice the fillets, season to taste with salt and pepper and then mix.
Crumble or crush the flakes as desired.
Mix (blend) milk, flour, egg, salt, pepper and paprika to a uniform consistency. Then put the fillets in the mixture and mix.
Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees C. Line a large baking sheet with baking paper.
Before placing on the baking sheet, coat the chicken pieces with flakes and place on the baking sheet. Season to taste with salt and drizzle with olive oil or melted butter.
