Ingredients needed:
6 lemons (juice + peel)
glass of sugar
0.8 l of moonshine approx. 55-70%
Method of preparation:
Scald lemons with boiling water and scrape them into thin strips with as little white peel as possible. Squeeze all the juice from the remaining fruit.
Then put the juice and peels in a large jar .
Cover everything with sugar and pour moonshine over it.
After 48 h, remove the peels of the lemons so that the lemon tincture does not become too bitter.
