Spaghetti in mushroom sauce is a favorite dish of all pasta and mushroom lovers. Quick to prepare and very tasty and exquisite in its simplicity. It is ideal when we have unexpected guests and as a quick snack after work. There is nothing to prevent you from modifying the recipe a little to your liking

Ingredients needed – Spaghetti in mushroom sauce

– 200 g spaghetti pasta
– 250 g mushrooms
– 200 ml 30% cream
– 1 Large onion
– A bunch of parsley
– Salt, pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, then add the celled onion and fry it.
  3. After frying the onions, add sliced mushrooms.
  4. After about 4 minutes, pour in the cream. Mix everything together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens. Then add chopped parsley.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta with the sauce.
  6. TASTE !!!
