Spaghetti in mushroom sauce is a favorite dish of all pasta and mushroom lovers. Quick to prepare and very tasty and exquisite in its simplicity. It is ideal when we have unexpected guests and as a quick snack after work. There is nothing to prevent you from modifying the recipe a little to your liking
Ingredients needed – Spaghetti in mushroom sauce
– 200 g spaghetti pasta – 250 g mushrooms – 200 ml 30% cream – 1 Large onion – A bunch of parsley – Salt, pepper to taste – 1 tbsp olive oil
Method of preparation:
Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, then add the celled onion and fry it.
After frying the onions, add sliced mushrooms.
After about 4 minutes, pour in the cream. Mix everything together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens. Then add chopped parsley.
