Homemade pancakes are a quick and easy way to make a delicious breakfast or dinner. Due to the multitude of delicious toppings, pancakes are very popular with children. Homemade pancakes – ingredients needed
– 2 cups milk
– 1 cup water
– 2 eggs
– 2 cups flour
Method of preparation
- First, whisk the eggs with a little salt.
- Add flour, measured amount of water and milk.
- Mix everything thoroughly and check it so that the dough has the right consistency. The ideal batter should be able to be gently spread over the pan by tilting it gently.
- Fry the pancakes on a flat heated skillet, preferably in clarified butter on both sides.
- Before each successive pancake, add a little butter to the pan. Then the pancakes will not stick.
- Can be served rolled with your favorite jam inside
