Homemade homemade burgers, is a recipe for a successful snack, a party with friends or a men’s night out. It takes less than 20 minutes to prepare the dish and the culinary experience is priceless. Quick, easy and tasty is a guarantee of a good and delicious snack.

Ingredients for homemade burgers

– 4 pieces – sesame seed burger buns
– 0.5kg – ground beef
– seasonings to taste (salt, pepper)
– 1 egg
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 onion
– lard
– 1 tomato
– 4 slices of yellow cheese
– 20 ml soy sauce
– bunch of parsley

Method of preparation:

  1. Finely dice the onion and fry it in lard.
  2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix minced meat with egg and spices (salt, pepper) fried onions, soy sauce, chopped garlic and parsley.
  3. Form 4 cutlets and then fry them like minced cutlets on both sides in lard, remembering not to burn them too much
  4. For example, place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, an onion disc, meat, a slice of cheese on the rolls and then cover with the top of the roll.
  5. Homemade burgers can be served with fries, ketchup or other favorite toppings
