Blueberry and banana smoothie with coconut milk

A delicious berry and banana smoothie with coconut milk. Tasty, easy to prepare, and very nutritious and filling. A perfect dessert for warm summer days but not only. Can be served with cake or whipped cream.

Ingredients for approx. 750 ml (about 3 servings):

  • 1 can (about 400 ml) of coconut milk,
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries (about 160 g)
  • 4- 4 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice

Method of preparation:

  1. Rinse berries thoroughly in a strainer and clean them of stalks and leaves. Momentarily p0lease the water to drip off them.
  2. Open the can of coconut milk and pour the contents into a tall bowl.
  3. Add berries and bananas cut into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Blend preferably with a blender to a smooth paste.
  5. Add lemon or lime juice to taste.
  6. Pour the cocktail into glasses. Best consumed right away
