Delicious homemade sourdough sour soup is certainly a dish you can’t pass by indifferently. This smell, aroma and finally this unique flavor make sour soup one of the best soups that man has come up with. The fact that our dish also has fantastic accompaniments, among others: white sausage, an egg or, last but not least, wonderful homemade bread, is also an undeniable advantage. The sour soup deserves recognition for one more reason. It is an invaluable support for many tired people right on the second day after a hard night last night.
